The Challenge
ANTI:DOTE sought to create an immersive dining experience that would transport guests into the magical world of Lewis Carroll's beloved classic while maintaining the sophistication expected from a premium hospitality venue. The challenge was to balance whimsical storytelling elements with culinary excellence, creating an experience that would appeal to both literature enthusiasts and discerning diners seeking memorable cultural experiences. The venue needed to capture the surreal, topsy-turvy nature of Wonderland while ensuring practical service delivery and maintaining food quality standards throughout the theatrical presentation.
Our Solution
We developed 'The Adventures in Storyland: The Nursery Alice' high tea experience, a themed culinary adventure that transforms classic afternoon tea into an interactive journey through Wonderland. Each element of the experience was carefully crafted to represent key moments and characters from the story: Queen of Hearts-inspired smoked salmon dishes that play with the royal theme, clock-shaped egg mayonnaise creations referencing the White Rabbit's perpetual lateness, and 'I'm Late!' mini quiches served on vintage clock faces. The experience includes specially crafted cocktails and mocktails served in whimsical glassware, with themed décor throughout the venue creating multiple Instagram-worthy moments that encourage social sharing and extend the brand's reach.

The Mad Hatter's Tea Party
The centerpiece experience featuring an endless tea service with mismatched vintage teacups, colorful macarons arranged like playing cards, and 'Drink Me' potion bottles filled with magical elixirs. Each guest receives a miniature top hat filled with surprise treats.
The Queen of Hearts Court
Royal-inspired savory selections featuring heart-shaped smoked salmon canapés, red velvet cake pops designed as roses, and 'Off with their heads!' chocolate sculptures. The presentation includes playing card place settings and crimson-themed decorations.
The White Rabbit's Time
Time-themed treats including clock-shaped egg mayonnaise sandwiches, pocket watch cookies that 'tick' when touched, and 'I'm Late!' mini quiches served on vintage clock faces. Each item celebrates the White Rabbit's famous punctuality obsession.
